GIBS admission process depends on an entrance exam result for CAT, MAT, XAT and CMAT. Once the entrance exam result filters the shortlisted candidates, they have to appear for a group discussion and an interview. The criteria for registration include form submission, fee payment and uploading documents.

Selection Procedure for GIBS Business School Bangalore in 2026
A minimum of 50% of candidates should hold a bachelor degree.
Shortlisting will be done based on marks obtained in CAT, MAT, XAT and CMAT.
Previous academic performance is also taken into account.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a final round which will comprise a group discussion and a personal interview.
The final admission offer will be based on performance in exams, GD/PI, academic background and work experience. An offer letter will be sent to the candidates who are selected.
