The valedictory session took place online under the leadership of Sanjay Dhar Executive Director HR-L&D, MTI SAIL. The event was also attended by Prof Prashant Mishra, Chairperson of Executive Education and Consultancy along with Dr Sarbjit Singh and Dr Chinmaya Kumar Swain Program Directors at IIM Jammu.
In his virtual speech, Sanjay Dhar the Executive Director HR-L&D, MTI SAIL expressed gratitude to IIM Jammu for developing SAIL’s future leaders. He said that real growth comes from continuous learning, broadening perspectives and moving beyond comfort zones. Referring to SAIL’s ambitious plans he encouraged participants to use their learning, promote peer learning and bring meaningful change to their workplaces. He added that the real success of the program would be seen in the positive impact they create within their teams and organisational culture.
Prof. Prashant Mishra the Chairperson of IIM Jammu's Executive Education and consultancy highlighted the value of ongoing education, flexibility and creativity. He pointed out that the workshop helped participants from different teams understand cross-functional difficulties and gain broader perspectives.
The program report was given by Dr. Sarbjit Singh IIM Jammu's program director. Dr. Chinmaya Kumar Swain Program Director IIM Jammu suggested the vote of gratitude. Certificates were given to the participants as the ceremony came to an end.
