IIM Kashipur 13th Convocation Celebrates 546 Graduates Across Diverse Programs

The IIM Kashipur conducted its 13th Annual Convocation, awarding degrees to 546 students across MBA, MBA (Analytics), EMBA, Executive MBA Analytics and PhD programs. The graduating batch stood out for its diversity including a significant rise in female participation particularly in analytics programs.

IIM Kashipur 13th Convocation Celebrates 546 Graduates Across Diverse Programs

Justice Guhanathan Narendar presided over the convocation, giving the speech and presenting degrees to the graduates. As the Guest of Honour, Kamal Poddar encouraged students to cultivate flexibility and leadership abilities outside of the classroom.

Institute leadership highlighted academic growth, global collaborations and experiential learning initiatives including 73 live projects with over 80 organisations. The event also featured awards for academic excellence, merit lists and recognition of differently-abled students, reflecting IIM Kashipur’s focus on inclusion and holistic development.

Speakers emphasised integrity, innovation and purpose-driven leadership, encouraging graduates to contribute meaningfully to society while navigating future challenges with strong ethical values.
