This four-day full-time program held on the IIMK campus is distinct from typical leadership workshops. It is not a crash course in theory it is an intensive, experiential odyssey led by Professor Debashis Chatterjee who is the Director of IIM Kozhikode and globally renowned leadership expert and industry veteran Mr Abhijit. Participants undergo a range of activities such as real time coaching simulations, role plays, group discussions and reflective assignments to enable the translation of leadership potential into tangible workplace influence.
