The 10-month program is intended for CXOs, senior managers, business unit heads, functional leaders and mid-career professionals with leadership aspirations. The program provides a strategic, cross-functional perspective of business to enable participants to drive growth, manage transformation and prepare for board-level positions.
The learning style integrates live virtual classes with a campus residency of three days at IIM Lucknow. The learners will be mentored by seasoned faculty, have peer-to-peer discussions and apply themselves to actual business cases. The program covers major modules like corporate strategy, financial decision making, people leadership, change management, marketing and digital strategy and business analytics. It also features a Capstone Project and leadership workshops conducted by industry leaders.
Classes are held on Sundays for three hours which is convenient for professionals so that their work schedules are not disrupted. Self-paced study and group projects assist the learning process.

Certification: Certificate of completion and possible Executive Alumni status from IIM Lucknow (75% attendance mandatory)
