This 10 month live online training is specially designed for senior professionals, corporate leaders and aspiring COOs. It teaches participants how to promote innovation across functions, maximise efficiency and lead operational transformation. Through its curriculum which includes live online sessions, case studies, a capstone project and a three day campus immersion at IIM Lucknow, the degree will combine academic rigour with practical insights.
Dr. Suresh K. Jakhar, Program Director and Professor of Operations and Supply Chain Management at IIM Lucknow, highlighted that CEOs today need to think strategically and not just about operational efficiency to create a competitive advantage. He elaborated that the curriculum is designed to impart participants with cross-functional perspectives, financial acumen and leadership abilities to help them drive value chain innovation and ensure long-term success.
According to Avnish Singhal, Executive Vice President and Head of India & APAC at Emeritus, operational executives are crucial in spearheading change in today's fast-paced business climate.He added that the Chief Operating Officer Program would empower professionals to integrate strategy and execution, use digital and analytical tools, lead innovation with tangible outcomes, while acquiring an IIM Lucknow credential.
The program blends intellectual rigor with real-world application as participants would study from IIM Lucknow's noted professors; again this course involves case-based discussions, peer learning and simulations. Strong pillars including Operations Strategy for Business Excellence, Business Finance for COOs, Strategic Leadership, Supply Chain and Operational Excellence, Corporate Communication and Crisis Management and Dynamic Pricing in Supply Chain are all included in its extensive curriculum.

Program Details
Commence date- December 30, 2025.
Time Period- 10 months, Live online sessions with a 3 day campus immersion.
Eligibility criteria- Postgraduate with at least ten years of work experience or Graduate/Diploma (10+2+3).
Program fee- ₹595000 plus GST.
Learning Mode- Live online sessions with faculty from IIM Lucknow.
Certification- The participants will receive a certificate of completion from IIM Lucknow, on successful completion of the curriculum and maintaining a minimum attendance of 75 percent along with the option to become IIM Lucknow Executive Alumni.
