The Indian Institute of Technology Mandi (IIT Mandi) recently announced that it has extended the deadline for students who want to apply for its five-year integrated MBA program. Candidates can apply on the Official website.The main aim of the program is to make students future-ready for business roles especially in today’s evolving landscape of data and AI globally.
This integrated program provided by IIT Mandi’s School of Management allows the students to start their career in the field of management right after their class 12th. They will earn dual degrees - one is a BBA in Analytics (Honours) and another is an MBA in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (DS\&AI).
The program curriculum will cover basic business topics as well as advanced AI and Data subjects. It has a semester-long internship for practical exposure. Students also receive assistance to pursue entrepreneurial ideas through the institute's startup centre and can take a one-year break to pursue their own ventures. The intent is to develop students as responsible, ethical and smart business leaders who will be able to make data-driven decisions.
Eligibility Criteria For 5-year Integrated MBA Program
JEE Mains Score: The students who want to join the program are needed to secure at least passing marks in JEE Main 2025 Paper 1 so that they can appear for the JEE Advanced 2025.
Cut-Off Requirement: The candidate’s last NTA score in JEE Main 2025 (Paper 1) must be equal to or above the cut-off score for their category (displayed on your JEE Main 2025 scorecard).
12th Grade Subjects: The candidate should have studied Mathematics and English in their Class 12 (or equivalent).
12th Grade Marks: They must have 75% marks in Class 12 (65% for SC/ST/PwD categories).
Admission Process for the Program
Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their final scores in JEE Main 2025 (Paper 1).
Selected students will be called for the round of personal interviews.
The admission of the students shall be based on a composite score: 70% weightage will be given to their JEE Main score and 30% weightage to their performance in the interview.
For the batch 2025-26, total seats are 72 and 20% of the seats are reserved for female students (inclusive of extra supernumerary seats).
