The Maharashtra State CET Cell is responsible for providing the MHT CET MBA exam results for 2026 in online mode for both phases of the exam. The declaration of results will be made after the CET Cell will release the provisional and final answer key. The MAH CET result 2026 will be out online only via login. To download from the official your scorecard test-takers must follow the instructions below - 

1. Check results by visiting the MHT CET official website.

2. Click the link to view the MBA/MMS CET 2026 scorecard

3. To access the system, enter your set password and email ID.

4. Select the tab provided for the result cum scorecard.

How is the MAH MBA CET Score Calculated?

The MAH CET score is computed through three main stages which are raw score computation, scaling of scores and percentile determination. The following is what you need to know about the process -

1. Correct responses earn one point each with no negative marking for incorrect or unanswered items.

2. The raw score also known as the Corrected Score is obtained by computing the number of questions that were answered correctly.

3. Because MAH CET is administered in different shifts some candidates will face easier tests than others. To ensure fair treatment all raw scores are standardised to get the Equated Score.

4. Two decimal places are used to express scores.

5. Equal scores or percentiles lead to equal ranks.

6. Instead of Raw Scores, the scores displayed on the scoreboard are Equated Scores.

What is Normalisation in MAH MBA CET Exam?

MAH CET exams are conducted in multiple sessions each carrying a different set of papers. The CET Cell implements Normalisation to ensure that none of the candidates must get any advantage or disadvantage based on the level of difficulty of their shift.

What is a Percentile Score?

A percentile score is a measure used to understand the performance of candidates in comparison to other candidates. The score scale ranging from 100 to 0. When a percentile score is 100, it means the candidate secured the same or better marks than all other candidates in their session. Percentile scores are calculated up to 7 decimals places to avoid any discrepency.

Note - The percentage of marks and the percentile score are not the same.

How is Normalisation Done? Step-by-Step Process

• Step 1 Candidates Division Into Sessions - Candidates are distributed among four sessions with equal probability of occurrence of any session on both days.

• Step 2 Calculation of Raw Score - After completing the test, the raw score of every candidate for that particular session is calculated.

• Step 3 Calculation of Percentile of All Sessions - The percentile for each session is calculated. The candidate scoring highest in that particular session always receives the 100th percentile irrespective of their actual score.

• Step 4 Consolidation of All Sessions - All percentile scores of all sessions are consolidated to produce the final CET Score List.

Example -  If in Session one there are a total of 2249 candidates and the topper gets 154 marks then he gets 100 percentile. Any other candidate in the same session scoring 153 gets 99.91 percentiles.

What Happens after the MAH MBA CET Result 2026?

Post announcement of the MBA MAH CET 2026  results the common admission process or counselling will take place for seat allocation. The MBA CAP 2026 will involve more than 300 top MBA colleges accepting the MAH MBA CET offering the MBA/MMS program. Students belonging to both the State quota of Maharashtra and the All India quota are eligible to apply.

Maharashtra MBA CET Counselling Process 2026

The Maharashtra state common entrance test cell counselling round 2026 is likely to take place in three to four rounds which are as follows -

• Round 1 - Online registration for filling the CAP form 2026

• Round 2 - Announcement of the provision merit list and CET cut off marks of each college for Round I, II and III

• Round 3 - Verification of documents and confirmation of the CAP form in both online and offline modes

• Round 4 - Announcement of final merit list for MBA/MMS courses in MAH MBA CET colleges

• Round 5 - Provisional allotment of seats on a round-wise basis
