The AP ICET 2026 eligibility criteria are the basic requirements that one needs to satisfy for seeking admission into any of the MBA programs offered by various management colleges of Andhra Pradesh. Registration for the AP ICET 2026 began through its official website. The AP ICET 2026 application process is closed now. The AP ICET 2026 examination is planned to be held on 28 April 2026 at twenty-five exam centres located in different districts of Andhra Pradesh.

AP ICET 2026 Detailed Eligibility Criteria
1. Academic Requirement
For admission to MBA courses, applicants need to have a graduation degree of three years or four years in any stream from an educational institute recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
The candidates should have obtained a minimum of 50 per cent marks in their graduation. In case of candidates belonging to SC, ST or OBC categories the minimum requirement is 45 per cent marks.
In case the applicants have acquired their graduation degree through distance education the same should be recognized by the Joint Committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC/DEB.
Applicants pursuing their final year of graduation can also apply for AP ICET 2026.
2. Age Criterion
There is no age criterion or set age bar for appearing in the AP ICET examination. Anyone belonging to any age group can appear for this test provided they are eligible.
3. Citizenship
Applicants should be citizens of India. Moreover, candidates must fulfil the local or non-local status requirement according to the provisions laid down in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) Order, 1974 and subsequent amendments made therein.
