The SET result announcement date is May 20, 2026. The results will be available online on the Symbiosis Institute's official website set-test.org. The SET (Symbiosis Entrance Test) 2026 exam will be held in two sessions on May 2 and May 10, 2026. The SET test is conducted by the SIU. The results for both sessions will be declared on the same day. If the candidates appear for the entrance exam on both days, the higher score will be considered for shortlisting the candidates for the Group Discussion, Personal Interview and Writing Ability Test. The Symbiosis exam is conducted for admission to the Symbiosis UG courses.
The candidates can download the scorecard for the SET test 2026 entrance exam from the official SET website by logging in with the SET User ID and password. Even though the results are declared for all the colleges together, the cutoff list for the SET 2026 is prepared separately by each college according to the performance of the candidates.

To check the result for the SET 2026, candidates can follow the steps below-
Open the official SET website set-test.org
Click on the Download Scorecard button.
Enter your SET ID and password.
Your result for the SET 2026 will be displayed.
Download your scorecard.
The scorecard will be available on the website for a period of one month from the date of the result declaration. There is no option available for the rechecking of the result for the SET 2026.

What to Do After SET Exam Results 2026?
After checking the SET 2026 results, students can follow these steps-
Check SET Cut-Off- The cut-offs are released by each participating institution.
Check the merit list- Each institution will release a merit list of students who are eligible to participate in the Personal Interview (PI) and Written Ability Test (WAT) round.
Download Scorecard- Candidates are required to download their scorecards within a specified time frame, as any request for a scorecard after this will not be entertained.

A high performance in the SET for the BBA course is generally considered to be above 45-50 out of 60, which is equivalent to the 95th percentile and above for the Symbiosis campuses. But the final admission will depend on performance in GD/PI/WAT.
